Attorney Stephanie B. Villalobos
Attorney Stephanie B. Villalobos is the founder of Villalobos Law Firm, P.A. Her passion to pursue a career in immigration law was cemented over 10 years ago.
Prior to starting her firm, Stephanie worked for several years for the U.S. government. In particular, she worked as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Karen S. Jennemann in the United States Bankruptcy Court, Middle District of Florida. Stephanie also worked for another local firm, where she began to pursue her passion in immigration law.
Stephanie and her husband Jorge, who is from Venezuela, faced difficulties in their own immigration case. She and her husband still remember the face of the USCIS official who interviewed them, and how helpless they felt. She wanted to ensure that all immigrant can have someone fighting on their behalf through any immigration matter.
Stephanie speaks Spanish. She is also a member of the Florida Bar, and a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

The Villalobos Law Firm, P.A. navigates U.S. immigration and naturalization law. The firm’s goal is to provide high-quality and efficient services for families, individuals, and companies.
Attorney Stephanie B. Villalobos began the firm with one main objective in mind: to provide personable, accessible, and affordable immigration services for clients. As she has faced and has seen the challenges of U.S. immigration laws with USCIS and in front of immigration judges, she began her firm to provide clients the ‘lobos’ – wolves' – approach when working on their behalf. She executes each case with patience, curiosity, strategy, careful planning, and urgency.
The firm exclusively handles immigration matters, including family based immigration or green cards, employment based green cards (such as extraordinary ability, investor visas, or labor certifications), deportation defenses and bond, asylum and withholding of removal, waivers, naturalization, and various types of visas.
